The dream began when she contacted us during the construction of the Baraka 20 project, and it was clear from the first moment that she was not looking for a ready-made apartment, but rather for a residence that reflected her personality and precise desires, in every sense of the word.
From Desire to Reality: Customizing an Entire Floor
When Umm Noor decided to purchase an entire floor, her vision was clear:
“I want a space designed specifically for me, from the very beginning down to the smallest decorative details.”
This desire opened up a wide creative field for us. We started from the shell stage, rethinking space division, planning movement paths, adjusting natural lighting, and even the locations of windows and doors. The goal was to create an ideal living experience without any compromises.
The Hanging and Rotating TV Screen
One of the first ideas that excited us was the design of an innovative decorative divider between the living and dining areas, in the form of a hanging and rotating TV screen.
We carefully studied the rotation mechanisms to ensure smooth, stable, and reliable movement, without vibration or risk to the devices. The electrical wiring was concealed within an elegant metal structure covered with luxurious wood, making the element appear as a standalone piece of art. This design was not just a divider, but a dynamic element that gives the space daily usage flexibility for both guests and family.
Living Room Ceiling with Fiber Optic Lighting
The living room was the vibrant heart of the project, where Umm Noor desired a ceiling resembling a night sky.
We used fiber optic technology to add precise light points mimicking stars, with programmed effects for moving meteors.
The suspended ceiling was integrated with side lighting strips, creating layered, adjustable lighting that could set calm or cheerful moods as appropriate. The result was a living space that transforms into a magical scene at night, rivaling the beauty of nature.
The White Neo-Classic Kitchen
The kitchen was not just a place for cooking, but a sophisticated social space.
We adopted a neo-classic style with a mix of panoramic cabinets and intricately decorated doors. The matte white finish painted on oak wood was the ideal choice to enhance the sense of purity and spaciousness, complemented by Absolute Black marble countertops resistant to stains and scratches.
We added a practical central island, featuring a spacious preparation area and warm seating for the family to gather around.
Various Master Bedrooms
All bedrooms in the apartment were master suites with private bathrooms, and each room was designed to be visually and functionally comfortable, with attention to built-in storage and custom-designed furniture.
Bathrooms with Independent Colors and Identity
Each bathroom in this project was a work of art in itself, reflecting the identity of the family member who would use it. All bathrooms shared light, warm, and eye-pleasing colors and featured decorative free-standing bathtubs with specially designed faucets and colors according to the client’s taste.
Implementing Imaginative Decorations
Umm Noor would send us pictures of decorative ideas from the internet, and we would accurately transform them into reality.
For example, the lighting for the bedroom corridor was implemented with interlocking LED profiles, but we adjusted the dimensions and materials to suit the actual space. This flexibility between inspiration and execution was one of the secrets to the project’s success.
Luxury Chandeliers and Lighting
Umm Noor was meticulous in selecting chandeliers and lighting fixtures, from Italian crystal to modern metallic designs.
We supervised the installation process to ensure optimal light distribution, considering ceiling heights and light directions.
Double Profile Bridges
To ensure optimal lighting in the living room and salon, we installed wide profile bridges with double LED strips, providing homogeneous, shadow-free illumination, with the ability to adjust light intensity to suit day and evening times.

The Unique Garage Door
The iron garage door was innovatively designed to appear as a traditional door from the outside, but it moves in an arc when opened to become parallel to the fence.
This design required precise mechanical engineering to ensure smoothness and durability.
Water Purification Station
A small purification station was installed to soften the water and remove impurities, which improves water quality for domestic purposes and extends the life of sanitary accessories.
Full Supervision and Quality Assurance
Our role was not limited to execution; we were the main link between all parties.
We monitored daily progress, resolved any issues or challenges as they arose, and ensured all workers and contractors adhered to the required specifications.
All of this was under our direct warranty, giving the client confidence that the project would exactly match her vision.
