Interior Design Project Story – From Imagination to Reality
Every project begins with a dream, and this client’s dream was to transform her home into a warm, modern space that reflects her refined taste and unique personality. Our client from Baraka 21 Building reached out with a clear vision: modern interior designs that blend calm colors with understated luxury, making her home more comfortable and elegant.
The First Meeting – Envisioning the Vision
A meeting was arranged with the client so we could listen to every detail she wanted: the colors she loves, the feeling she wants to be surrounded by every day, and even how she welcomes her guests. She chose a calm color palette combining warm brown, bright light beige, and pure white, while ensuring harmony with the existing lighting and adding new lighting touches where needed.
The Start of the Design – Studying the Space and Turning It into a Vision
Our team then began brainstorming and preparing the proposed initial sketches. We presented her with more than one concept until she settled on a design that combines clear modern lines with a sense of warmth and spaciousness.
Details That Made the Difference

- Opening the living area to the salon: The client decided to remove the separating wall between the living area and the salon, making the home’s entrance open and connected, which created a sense of spaciousness.

- Salon walls: They were clad with decorative gypsum board panels featuring a hollow “T” pattern, adding depth and elegance to the space.

- Concealing the salon bathroom door: One of her most important requests was for the door to blend into the wall. Its design was adjusted and then clad with the same gypsum board panels so it would disappear as if it were part of the wall lines, unnoticed by anyone.

- TV wall: We replaced the fireplace idea with a sleek modern shelf and hidden LED lighting lines, giving the wall a refined, light touch.
From Idea to Reality
After the design was approved, execution began under the direct supervision of the interior design team, with daily follow-up on the finest details. Every line, every color, and every material was carefully selected to match what the client saw in the 3D designs.
Her Personal Touch in Choosing the Furniture
Although we handled all the décor work, the client wanted to add her own signature in selecting the furniture. She chose modern pieces with soft lines and fabrics that harmonize with the main colors, completing the final look with perfect elegance.
Before and After – Photos Tell the Story
In the 3D design images, the salon appeared with clean lines and harmonious colors, and the lighting highlighted the wall details. The entrance looked elegant and spacious, and the TV wall was modern without complexity.
When viewing the photos after execution, the details appeared even more beautiful; the real materials gave a deeper feel, the real-life lighting brought the space to life, and with the furniture in place, the difference between dream and reality disappeared.
Costs and Supervision
The entire project was under the supervision of the Khadash Interior Design team, from the first drawing to the final finishing touch, except for the furniture, which the client purchased herself. Thanks to proper planning and continuous follow-up, the project was delivered on time and within budget, ensuring high quality at every stage.
