For this reason, we developed the concept of the Unified Warranty—an after-sales service system in which we ensure the relationship is direct between you and us, with no intermediaries and no complications.
What do we mean by the Unified Warranty?
It is simply our full commitment to any item we install or provide for you inside the apartment. Whether the issue is with the boiler (burner), a fault in the water system, a problem with the pump, air conditioners, or even furniture parts—you deal with only one party: the “Khadash” team. There is no need to go back to manufacturers, maintenance agents, or technicians you do not know. We are the party that follows up, repairs, and takes responsibility.
A service with no booklets and no intermediaries
We do not give you warranty booklets from external companies, and we do not send you random numbers. All you need is to contact us directly, and we take care of everything—from coordination to execution. This way, we ensure your peace of mind, fast response, and quality service.
What does the warranty cover?
Every item installed or provided by us within the project:
- All structural elements
- Dampness of all types
- Kitchens, if installed through us
- Air conditioners
- Water and electrical network
- All finishing items such as tiles, aluminum, and paint
- Furniture
- Woodwork
- Interior décor
All of this is covered under our warranty. Because we believe the relationship with the client does not end when the contract is signed—it starts there.
