Our work is not complete once the items on the acceptance forms are finished; everything implemented undergoes an additional stage we call the “Perfection Check.”
This stage focuses on verifying small details that some might overlook, such as the flatness of wall surfaces, the quality of finishes, the tightness of insulation, or the precision of accessory installation. The goal is for you to receive your home with confidence that it is perfectly crafted, without unexpected surprises.

- Structural Elements of the Building: A lifetime warranty covering columns, retaining walls, slabs, and everything classified as a structural element.

- Moisture Treatment: A full commitment to eliminating any source of moisture inside or outside the apartment and treating it, with an emphasis on solving the root cause of the problem rather than merely concealing it by repainting the affected area. The warranty period for this item is two years from the contract signing date.

- Plumbing Systems and Network: Repair of any water leakage in the internal or external pipes of the apartment for a period of two years.

- Electrical Network: Guarantee of the safety of wires, circuit breakers, and electrical switches inside the apartment for a period of two years.

Under this contract, we periodically inspect and renew the internal and external insulation of the apartment, and address any observations before they develop into a problem. Even if you don’t see the need to subscribe, we provide you with precise guidelines to help you maintain your apartment in excellent condition.

One of our most important distinguishing features is the concept of the “Unified Warranty Umbrella.” Instead of the client having to deal with multiple parties when a problem arises, we provide a single point of contact.
The person who sold you the apartment is the same person you inquire with about maintenance appointments, and the same person who schedules and follows up on repairs until completion. This simplicity in communication makes the after-sales experience comfortable and fast, and reaffirms our commitment to responsibility towards our clients.
The unified warranty umbrella covers everything implemented by us, meaning it includes kitchens, furniture, decorations, air conditioners, and other appliances supplied by the company, regardless of their origin. We will bear full responsibility, ensuring you deal with only one person to move into your new home with peace of mind.
